Advanced Surveillance Group shall provide professional and competent services to all clients. This code of ethics constitutes those values agreed to by the employees of this code is to be honored and practiced as a guideline for all professional activities.

An employee shall provide professional services in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
An employee shall observe and adhere to the precepts of honesty, integrity and truthfulness.
An employee shall be truthful, diligent and honorable in the discharge of their professional responsibilities.
An employee shall honor each client contract, adhering to all responsibilities by providing ethical services within the limits of the law.
An employee shall safeguard confidential information and exercise the utmost care to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of such information.
An employee shall refrain from improper and unethical solicitation of business, including false or misleading claims or advertising.
An employee shall never knowingly cause harm or defame the professional reputation or practice of colleagues, clients, owners the company or any employee of the company.

Why Us

We realize that too many insurance investigative agencies make far too many responsible promises about they can do which almost always leave you looking bad to your supervisors, claims team and the claimant. We understand that you have many choices when selecting an investigator and that most insurance investigators sound the same when pitching their services to you.

Clients want to work with our investigation agency because they sell the idea of “cost savings” to executives very high up in the company who get wind-and-dined by sales professionals with graphs and slick promises. In some cases, our investigation agencies also give “refunds” or “rebates” kickbacks to existing clients.
We have a different approach. We only take cases in areas we cover regularly and reliably, we have a strict code of ethics we follow, all of our investigators are experienced and make for strong credible witnesses in court and all of our investigators are well paid professionals.
We will not embarrass our clients. We do not accept assignments that we cannot actually do and do well. We do not use investigators who are untrained, inexperienced and make for poor witnesses on the stand.
